Am I having a growth spurt? Will I hit 5′ 4″ by the end of this year or something?? 🙂 Seriously, I hope you aren’t tired of hearing about food, because…. it is Friday’s Favorite Things and (insert drum roll, please)… I NEED to tell you about Jason’s Deli in Augusta, GA. As in… it is what for dinner tonight… go there now, you won’t regret it!!!!
This is not your Mama’s deli and it is like no other deli I have eaten at, because you leave Jason’s Deli feeling good and healthy and full and still with money in your wallet (you know, the things that are important to me!!!)!!!! Jason’s Deli has delicious organic meats, chicken with no hormones, fabulous salads AND…. FREE ICE CREAM with every meal! No, seriously… FREE!!!! You can get a cup or a cone and my personal favorite is the swirl ice bream with the dark chocolate syrup – I know, BIG SHOCKER with that one!!!
I LOVE the Nutty Salad and my children order the bowtie pasta or the chicken alfredo. The last time we ate there, I ordered Gluten Free bread for my sandwich and it was delicious. And if the quality and price of the food isn’t enough, Jason’s Deli is perfectly located in the same shopping center as the Outback Steakhouse in Augusta, GA, right near our house. While Jason’s Deli is a chain, you would never know it – they make you feel at home, they are always busy and the food always tastes fresh and delicious. Yum! Yum! and more YUM!!!
