I just want to start off by saying that… No, I do not have a second job working in Costco’s Marketing Department in Augusta, GA, but seriously, I can see why you might start to think that, especially after you read this Friday’s Favorite Things. My kids and I were at Costco a few weeks back and we were of course, eating our way through the samples at that tasty store when we tried something that stopped us in our tracks – something delicious *and gluten free*! Crunchy Rice Rollers – just typing the name makes me want one!
Since Brett and I started back on Weight Watchers, these super yummy treats come in quite handy when I am craving something sugary tasting, because these really taste like I am eating a sugary cereal and they are only 2 points – not for the whole bag, but for one roller. (How do I know that you ask? Well, the thought of eating the WHOLE bag may have gone through my head a couple of times, but I am on WW point control these days!!!)
Our daughter, Brenna, just loves them, too. I love that I can send them with her to school without a worry, because they are nut-free, as well. I mean, maybe I should ask Costco about becoming a product review person. I do have a few spare hours between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. 😉
