I have tonight’s dinner or better yet – Sunday dinner for your family!! Cranberry Meatballs! This is one of my family’s most favorite meals and it is SUPER EASY and goes in the crockpot. Mommy for the WIN!
Here is the easy-peasey recipe – add all of this to your crockpot – 1 can of cranberry sauce; 1 jar of beef gravy and 1 cup of cream (I use almond milk). A bag of frozen meatballs; I use turkey meatballs. Set your crockpot to HIGH for 4 hours and let the eating feast begin.
I usually make mashed potatoes or steam some rice with this meal. It is always a hit in my house and SUPER easy to make and clean up! Try it and let me know how you like it!
