Happy St. Patrick’s Day! If you’re anything like me you’ve waited until the last minute (hi, fellow procrastinator) and are scrambling to find something to celebrate with your little (and big) ones. Well, you’ve found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow with this St. Patrick’s Day Sweet Treat Charcuterie Board! Here at Mary Beth’s Photography we like simple, fun and festive!

Festive. Fun. Delicious. This St. Patrick’s Day Sweet Treat Charcuterie Board will be a hit for everyone! It’s great for a snack after school, have your littles help put it together for an afternoon activity or serve it as a festive dessert for the whole family. And the best part about it is the hardest part is running out to the store and picking up all the “ingredients.”

We used our go to store, Target, for everything. So I also just gave you an excuse to head to Target. You are welcome. We picked up the green and white mini cookies, skittles, air head extremes, lucky charms and green M&Ms. I always remember my mom using a trick at Christmas time to stock up on the red and green M&M bags. She would separate them and use the red ones for Valentine’s Day and the green ones for St. Patricks Day. Further proof that moms are in fact, genius.

I can guarantee that whether you have little toddlers running around or teenagers who are running to activities after school, everyone will enjoy this treat. This festive treat will be a hit and won’t take long to prepare. I wish you a lucky St. Patrick’s Day and hope that mischievous little leprechaun isn’t too naughty.
