As you know, last weekend I held my New Studio Grand Opening! I mean, I shouldn’t still be pinching myself, but seriously, I am overwhelmed by your love and support. Thank you all for coming out to see my new studio – it is solely possible because of all of you. At the grand opening, I tried to spoil my clients and guests with some fabulous giveaways. In all honesty, when I was talking to my MBP crew about what to do, I felt a little like… are you read for this one… Oprah!!! I mean, I knew I couldn’t give all of you a car or even a book, but I liked thinking about giving away some of my “Favorite Things”!
I realized that on a daily basis, some of my most favorite things – one might call them my essentials – include cinnamon. Big Red gum, Cinnamon Altoids, Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin Wall Flower Scents, Cinnamon Chex, Cinnamon in my Oatmeal in the morning. All this cinnamon talk just makes me want more cinnamon!!!
**I digress** Back to feeling like Oprah… So, I stuffed my giveaway bags with lots of great items -gift cards from Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A – Yum! and Yum! and fun items like hand sanitizer and Big Red Gum!!! I mean, how could I leave out what is NEVER left out of my purse.
It made me realize that the scent of cinnamon instantly brings me back to feeling 10-years-old, at home counting down the days until Christmas break and smelling cinnamon from all the delicious cooking and scents my Mom would use.
