Oh sweet baby! When I started out as a photographer, I wondered what my niche was going to be… would I gravitate toward wedding photographer, would I use Photoshop to edit my portraits, would I find that I preferred to take portraits of one age group over another?? So many questions that I couldn’t answer right then, but had to wait for time to tell!! You may not believe me when I tell you this, but…. I LOVE taking portraits of babies!!! (Hahaha!! I know, I know… biggest surprise this year, right?!?)
I have actually worked on my craft for quite a while through taking courses, attending conferences and by testing my skills on the sweetest newborns who come into my studio. When the CSRA Baby & More Expo was happening in town on February 5th, I just knew I had to be a part of it. You know as much as I love taking portraits of newborns and babies, I really LOVE watching their Moms and Dads become overwhelmed when it is Session Premiere time. I mean, there is no better gratification for the work I do than sitting with parents and looking at them as they look through all the images I captured of their sweet treasure. I get goosebumps just thinking about it EVERY TIME! I love being able to freeze time for them and capture that beautiful moment. So, I had to jump at the opportunity to be at the CSRA Expo with so many Moms and Dads excited about their newest additions!
At the CSRA Baby & More Expo, I will have a booth filled with lots of great items, including some of my new offerings, information about my sessions and all that I have to offer. I am also giving away a special prize to Expectant Moms!
Come in and stop by my booth! Admission is free! The CSRA Baby & More Expo takes place from Noon – 5 pm on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at the Legends Club, Augusta, GA! There will be over 60 small businesses, store fronts, non-profits and informational booths! I can’t wait to see you there!
