Listen, you all know I wear many hats in my family – Mom, wife, photographer, chef, cleaner, organizer, chauffeur, etc. The one thing that always seemed to be last on my list was taking care of my car. It was always a long wait, pushy salesmen, being made to feel like I wasn’t smart… UNTIL, I went to the North Augusta, South Carolina Jiffy Lube.
No, seriously! I have been their customer for a number of years and can’t tell you how E-A-S-Y they make the process of getting the oil changed in my car, PLUS they top off your fluids, check your tires and clean out my car – even washing the windows and vacuuming!! Even though the staff may change, the employees are always happy (that genuinely happy, not fake happy), very kind and courteous – it is as though they have a mantra about the proper way to treat a customer. They may mention that they see other things happening with your car, but they are never pushy about it – NEVER! The Jiffy Lube in North Augusta makes it a pleasurable, super fast experience for this very busy Mom and photographer! When I visited them, I met John Collins, Manager, Constance Dore, Mike Kelley, Jeremy Rose, Brandon Bivins, and Anothony Chambers – what a great staff!
