Happy Mother’s Day!
I was so excited this week for our Expecting Mother’s Day Giveaway! It makes me so excited be able to do these giveaways and to be honest, picking up the diaper bag and all the cute little newborn essentials had me feeling all the feels. We got lots of good advice this week with this giveaway. I love when seasoned mamas give little tips and tricks or encouragement to our new mamas. I love when teenage kid mamas share a different perspective with our newborn baby mamas. It warms my heart when mama’s support each other. Motherhood can feel so isolating and alone, but the truth is, when you look around, we’re all on our journey! We might be in different chapters and have different ideas, but we’re in this together. So next time you feel like you’re in this motherhood journey alone, reach out, because I can guarantee that other mama you’re reaching out to, is feeling a similar way. ❤️
Motherhood is messy, beautiful, chaotic, overwhelming, emotional, exciting, fun, silly and just about everything in between. You are never quite prepared for motherhood, or even the next chapter, but if you always lead with love, you’ll always do the right thing. You, mama, are amazing and are doing a great job!
I hope you get to celebrate Mother’s Day this year however you want. Whether that’s getting everyone dressed up and out of the house to a beautiful brunch or staying in pajamas all day and snuggling up, you can’t go wrong. Take a moment and look around at the life you’ve created for you and your family. Take it in. Because chances are, you are living the life that you’ve always dreamed of, spit up and all. 😉
