In-Home Newborn Session

We are so excited to feature our in-home newborn session with this sweet, beautiful family! They are return clients (always makes me jump for joy!) and I was honored to capture their newest arrival! Baby B was right at home, as he should be, and big brother was eager to show off their home. Their home has beautiful natural lighting so I was right at home myself! From their master bedroom to the nursery, everything was decorated simply and beautifully. Some of our favorite details was the bunny rabbit artwork (you can get them on Etsy) and the gorgeous crocheted blanket that baby B is wrapped in. What makes it even more special is his grandmother made it for him.

I am excited to see baby B in a few months as this family is part of the our First Year Moments Collection. I love the First Year Moments Collection because it really does capture all those milestones. Your baby will be a one year old before you know it and there’s a lot of magic that happens in between. We know those moments are memories that you will want to have captured forever.

Although it’s not often we do an in-home newborn session, we are happy to come to your home! And because I know what life is like with a newborn, there’s no need to have every spot in your home tidy and portrait ready. My advice is to choose a few spots, just like baby B’s family did. We’ll be sure to only capture the picturesque. We’ll leave the chaotic messiness that sometimes comes with newborn life out of the portraits. We promise.
