We are gearing up for some of our favorite sessions of the year, our Limited Portrait Sessions. With fall just around the corner, we know the holiday season will be here before we know it. Don’t panic! Not that we want to speed up time but I am excited about pumpkin spice lattes and turtleneck sweaters. And that means it’s time to get those family portraits updated and even the busiest of families can spare a few hours! And at Mary Beth’s Photography we want to make your life as simple as possible. But, no, we don’t offer mini sessions. We have something better! Our Limited Sessions are a unique alternative that in our humble opinion 😉 work so much better for everyone.
I know plenty of photographers offer mini sessions and that’s great that it works for them! With Mary Beth’s Photography, I have found that my Limited Sessions offer more personal touches, more time for children (especially) to warm up and there’s not any anxiety (mostly from mom) about not having enough time. We strive to offer our clients the types of sessions that are enjoyable for everyone, sessions that bring out the best in everyone! With 25 minute time slots, we have all the time for your little ones to get their wiggles out (we know they’re not circus performers), everyone can settle in and we are able to capture different poses. Our Cotton Field Limited Sessions are perfect if you’re looking for a quintessential fall family portrait. The background is filled with those gorgeous fall colors and work beautifully with a neutral color palette. These are very limited this year due to my daughter being a senior (my youngest is a senior, how does that even happen!) and I’ll be spending my weekends as her biggest fan and cheerleader! There are only a few spots lefts for these fan favorite sessions so please don’t wait to book your spot!
In addition to the Cotton Field Limited Sessions, we’ve announced our Cookies with Santa Limited Sessions. We’re more than halfway to Christmas this year and we’re dreaming of decking our studio in the most beautiful holiday decor for when Santa stops by to visit. Our Cookies with Santa Limited Sessions give enough time for your family to enjoy a private session with the big guy and your children have time to share all of their holiday wishes, search for their name on the nice list and read from our Santa book. They’ll even get to enjoy our famous Santa cookies! Sometimes Santa sessions can seem more like a cattle drive, hurrying children through the line, only capturing an awkward smile and you’re left with distraught kids who are disappointed. Mary Beth’s Photography wants your children (and you!) to leave with a twinkle in their eye and a new excitement for the Christmas season.
We also love to see the whole family get in these Cookies with Santa sessions and we leave enough time so that can happen! These family portraits make for beautiful Christmas cards. I always get excited to receive Christmas cards in the mail, especially ones that are of my most gorgeous clients and their families. Our festive studio decor is the perfect backdrop for any holiday portraits. From Christmas pajamas to your Sunday best, your coordinating outfits will look great!
