Confession time…. I am THE WORST at keeping sunglasses for more than like…. 5 minutes. Seriously, ask Brett. I can never buy expensive glasses, because in the 5 minutes which I have my sunglasses in my possession, inevitably, I scratch them – not a small little scratch, but “toddler rubbing the sunglasses on concrete” kind of scratches.
Remember when Brett and I took our family on a cruise, well, I lost my sunglasses prior to getting on the cruise and had to buy a pair in the Bahamas. We have been back for 2 weeks and guess what – I ALREADY needed to buy a new pair of sunglasses. (I know, you thought I was joking….. I really am the WORST!)
Thankfully, Kroger is speaking my love language of sunglasses with a $5 per pair of sunglasses kiosk. WHAT?!? And the sunglasses are James Paul Sunglasses, which are normally $15.99 – $19.99. Needless to say, I am super excited about the FABULOUS and cheap options I now have at my home away from home – the grocery store! 😉
**PS – Since I wrote this (on Thursday morning), I *accidentally* sat on my newest $5 Kroger sunglasses and broke them. Looks like I am heading back to Kroger for another option today!!!**
