Who is ready for some football this weekend? You may hear us all the way from Augusta, GA as we scream and cheer for the Denver Broncos – our team!! In between our screams, we will be eating this DELICIOUS recipe – Tortilla Roll-up Appetizer! I first found this ingenious, fabulous find at another party. I am not the best at making appetizers. Truth be told, I am a much better baker than I am an appetizer-maker. But when I tried these, I knew I could make them!
So, when we were invited to a New Year’s Eve party, I made these delicious appetizers. I had everything I needed in the house to make this delicious appetizer, so it was easy-peasy! Grab your salsa, cream cheese, shredded cheese and tortilla shells and let’s get ready for the Superbowl!
Just a warning, when I made these for NYE, we brought home ZERO, as in none – there were NO LEFTOVERS! I was approached by a fellow NYE party-goer and asked to write the recipe in his phone so that his wife could make this appetizer for him! Too cute!
Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
1 – 8 oz package cream cheese softened
1 cup sour cream
1 package dry fiesta style ranch dressing
1 cup salsa
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
10 ( 10inch) tortillas
Directions:
1- In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, salsa and cheddar cheese. Spread even amounts of the mixture onto the tortillas. Roll the tortillas and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
2- To serve, slice the chilled, rolled tortillas into 3/4 inch slices and arrange on a serving platter.
