Since winter is still here and there a chill in the air (well, some days…), I wanted to share with ya’ll my FAVORITE Turkey Chili recipe. Before we get into the details of this delicious recipe, let’s recap a few things for those of you who are new around here… I L-O-V-E my crockpot and as of last year, I became gluten-free, due to some health concerns I was having, so… I am constantly looking for delicious, super easy peasy recipes that match my eating style and my favorite cooking style. I suggest you cancel whatever you were going to do in the next hour and run to the store, because THIS is what you can make for a yummy, snuggle Sunday dinner for your family this weekend!
When Brett and I were on Weight Watchers, I had google searched recipes for a health conscious chili and came upon this recipe. I love using the crock pot, because it is so easy- just throw everything in and in a few hours, you have a tasty meal. I love how delicious my house smells. And I also love crock pot leftovers, which we have lots of from this recipe. We love to also eat this as a chili, with corn tortillas or maybe with just a spoon when it is in the refrigerator and I can’t wait until the next meal… those little bites don’t count as Weight Watcher points, right? What are some of your favorite recipes? Leave them on my Facebook page and you might find your recipe on my blog! 🙂
