By around six months, your baby has changed so much.
They may be sitting independently, smiling and laughing, reaching for everything around them, and becoming much more expressive. Their personality starts to shine through in a completely different way.
This stage of baby milestone photography is full of interaction and connection. You’ll get those big smiles, little giggles, curious expressions, and sweet moments between your baby and the people who love them most.
It’s hard to believe how different your baby can look in just a few short months.
This is one of my favorite parts of documenting a baby’s first year because you can really begin to see who they’re becoming.
One Year: Celebrate With a Cake Smash
Then comes the first birthday.
Your tiny newborn is suddenly a one-year-old with a personality all their own. What better way to celebrate than with a first birthday photography session complete with a cake smash?
A first birthday cake smash is about more than just adorable portraits of your little one covered in frosting. It’s a celebration of everything your baby has accomplished during their first year.
