It was an exciting end of December for me and my family. We kicked off our Christmas break with a surprise for our kids at Smocks in Augusta! You must get to Smocks! Jennifer Rucker, the owner, offers after-school painting classes and specialty nights for kids of all ages!
We surprised Jackson, Peyton and Brenna with a specialty night painting session from 6 – 9 p.m. Jennifer offers pizza and drinks, along with all the painting supplies. PLUS, Brett and I got to fo out on an actual date night – with a gift card to Red Lobster in hand!
We picked up the kids (who didn’t want to leave, actually) and get to look at their masterpieces everyday on our fireplace during the winter, because their adorable creations were of snowmen – they even got to pick the colors! Brenna was asking to have her birthday party at Smocks, too! Definitely add this to your winter fun list with your children (or maybe even you, too)!
